Andrea was very helpful and kind , I felt truly safe. Casa Alkimia is a great place to stay, the room was really comfortable, especially the bed. The furniture is brand new and super stylish! The building is perfectly located to enjoy both nature ( a few steps from Playa Norte) and nightlife. Plus, I've slept like a baby, it's definitely quiet during the night!

The guest house features family rooms. To reiterate what I had read in some reviews for this place, this guesthouse is a hidden gem! My friend and I loved our room. It had everything we needed. It was also very clean. The shower had warm water, which is not always a given. The outdoor space has chairs and hammocks in the shade to hang out. EncantaLuna is away from the noisy center, and is still a short walk to reach "downtown" and the main beach. For the price you pay, EncantaLuna is a no-brainer. The owners, Erika and Luca, were really wonderful, easily reachable, communicative, and always willing to help and give recommendations. They have a wiener dog, Marvin, who is also adorable. :) Would definitely stay there again!

The garden is super beautiful with a nice pool - we spent one day just lounging in the garden next to the pool and felt so relaxed. The hosts are amazing and friendly people and will give you all the necessary and super detailed information for having the best time in Tulum. Absolute gem!! Will definitely stay in Zamunda again if we'll be back in the future :)
