Great value for the price, everything was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff (one man speaks English). Everything was clean. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi. Free Water / Tee / Coffee and bread with butter & jam in the morning.

The room was clean, it had AC, every room had its own wifi, secure parking, and a kitchenette location so we could keep cold drinks. Our hosts were incredible...we had an issue with our rental car and Carlos helped with communication to a mechanic and even drove us into town while we waited. I could not recommend Casa Coral more while visiting Bacalar.

If you look at the hotel from the street you’ll get a confused vibe since it looks like it was more of a vacation home at some point rather than a hotel. You get welcomed by a super friendly and welcoming host. The common areas are in fact like a house. Once you get into your room you’ll notice a nice decorated room very simple and good looking contrasting a lot with the weird green the hotel has from the outside. The room has a private balcony overseeing the lake. Even though this hotel is small the level of cleanliness in the room and bathroom were better than the 5 star hotel we stayed at in Cancun. The name of the hotel was something that made me doubt when I was looking where to stay since it doesn’t make the place justice as how much attention and care it gets put into it. If you are doubting to stay here… don’t. Go on a reserve with confidence I would (and will) definitely go back. Access to the lake is great, included kayaks and the parking has a gate which gets closed at night which made me sleep more comfortable knowing my car wasn’t sitting in a parking with acces from the street which mosts hotels in the area have. Also the host has the most lovely and friendly dog.

Situated 34 km from Faro Celarain, Casa del Solar Centro Cozumel - Wifi gratuito Fibra Óptica 200 Mbps offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The property features garden and city views. The guest house has family rooms. The host was absolutely incredible! She took the time to explain attractions of the island, gave local recommendations of places to eat and have drinks, the best beach clubs and even recommended a place to hire scooters. We stayed in a more basic room (from what I could see) but the accomodation was more than comfortable- the bed was great, fan helped us to cool down and the shower was always hot. We made use of the shared kitchen which was always clean, and one could even buy snacks and drinks from the "honesty bar" section. The outdoor/patio furniture was a lovely place to spend the afternoon. The location of the accomodation was perfect, about 400m walk from ferry stop and so close to downtown with restaurants literally across the street. P.S. the snorkel tour which was recommended (with Carla) was amazing! We saw rays, turtles, star fish, a variety of fish and lots of corals.
