An old medicine hall converted into a boutique hotel. True to Georgetown style. The staff were amazing. Very helpful. Very clean. No single use products here.

Room looks exactly as in the picture. They even provided an extra mattress for my brother and all the extra amenities! Lovely people, oh they also gave us fresh bread, 1st day was coffee bread and the other day was orange bread. Amazing! Highly recommend this to people who are indecisive and have hard time deciding, like me. I went through multiple hotels and home stays and finally decided on this one and I must say, I’m blessed to have stayed here. Thanks to the owners for being so kind and nice. 💕

The hosts received us with activities suggestions, maps of local sights and eateries and were open to accommodating our extra needs. The location was really convenient on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the main area. Cozy hip coffeeshops are right on the corner as well as places preferred by Georgetown locals. Key destinations such as Armenian street or famous jetis are also very conveniently close. The shared spaces and rooms are beautifully designed with a minimalistic approach. The room and facilities were particularly clean and we would surely stay here again!

C’est un petit coin de paradis, niché au cœur de la nature et baigné de calme. Loin de tout, on s’y sent comme à la maison… mais en mieux. Les hôtes débordent de petites attentions, et chaque petit-déjeuner est une nouvelle découverte pleine de saveurs et de surprises.

I had a fantastic experience at this property! The apartment was incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities you could need. The washing machine and dryer were very convenient, and the kitchen area was fully equipped with a working stove, hood,fridge, microwave, toaster and all the necessary plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery—everything in perfect condition. The apartment was spacious and well-designed, with a dedicated area to place your shoes near the entrance and a comfy couch to relax on. There was also a TV for entertainment, and the whole space was kept cool throughout the stay, thanks to the three air conditioners. The beds were large and very comfortable, and there were plenty of mirrors throughout the apartment, which gave it a nice open feel. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, with four towels provided, along with shampoo and shower gel. The two large beds and a spacious cupboard made the stay even more convenient. One of the highlights was the swimming pool located on the 5th floor—a great place to unwind. After booking, the host contacted me with precise directions and detailed information, which made check-in super smooth. They were incredibly helpful and always responded quickly whenever I had a question. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I felt right at home and will definitely come back again in the future. Highly recommended!
