Lovely friendly couple keen to make our stay pleasurable
Continental breakfast includes home made Marmalade and Jam and mueslj which were delicious. Cookies were also great.
New towels every day ,we stayed 4 nights and would stay again. My wife is fastidious and found it very clean and cosy.

It was absolutely gorgeous I was really happy with the location. It was very clean and there was everything I needed to cook and plenty of parking space. Arrival was a bit confusing but the host came out and meet us and she was absolutely lovely.

Really liked the location - super quiet and well away from everything. The guest house was just the right size - we were warm on quite a cold night. Very clean and cute kitchenette, and we were able to prep a meal and relax. Great shower.
We loved the quietness and the beachpod had everything you would need for a weekend away. The fire pit was a lovely treat to toast marshmallows. The proximity to the beach was great! Christine and Richard were fabulous hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed their company.
Very good host and hostess . Bed was very comfortable . The unit was roomy . Shower was good . Room was a little "worn" but extremely clean . Good value for money and very central .

Great communication from host. Ten minute walk to city centre. Gorgeously presented accommodation - with separate bedroom, lounge and bathroom. Everything thought of to make a comfortable, relaxing stay. Super quiet and lovely outlook opposite park. Excellent selection of reading material!
