Some units feature views of the sea or garden. We loved every minute of our stay at Mosana Reef. Nadia and Salvatore are perfect hosts. We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment upstairs - very spacious, with private terraces front and back, one with great ocean views, especially at sunrise. The kitchen is sufficiently well-equipped if you want to cook - we didn’t, as Salvatore is such a great chef! Playa Bluff is a 10-minute walk and another 10 or so minutes brings you to a number of beach bars and restaurants. Playa Bluff itself is very beautiful and remarkably unspoilt. Mosana is such a relaxing place to stay, it was very hard to leave. Thank you so much, Nadia and Salvatore, for a wonderful visit.

At the guest house, the modern restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and cocktails and serves Argentinian cuisine. We visited Panama for the second time, and once again, we absolutely loved it. While looking for a beautiful place to stay, we came across this little hidden gem 💍– and what a find it was! Arrival & Welcome We were picked up by a private boat and warmly welcomed. The boat ride took around 45 minutes and was truly enjoyable. Along the way, we received interesting information about the surrounding islands – and even spotted dolphins! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delicious welcome cocktail before our first meal. Such a lovely touch!☀️😍 Room The room was spacious and very comfortable. We’ve seen a lot of bathrooms throughout Panama, and many of them lack a proper shower. But here – the shower was fantastic! Great water pressure and lovely hot water – such a treat. :) Breakfast Breakfast was amazing. The host really listened to our preferences, and I was thrilled to have my fried egg every morning – along with fresh fruit and avocado. A perfect start to the day! Lunch Lunch was absolutely delicious – we had shrimp with coconut rice and plantains. A real taste of local cuisine that felt authentic and lovingly prepared. Dinner The highlight of our meals was definitely pizza night on our last evening! It was such a fun, communal experience with homemade pizza in creative and tasty varieties. So cool – and honestly, unforgettable. Surroundings The water around the property was crystal clear – it felt like swimming in a private aquarium. We saw a small shark, a stingray, colorful fish, and more – all right in front of our room. I’m usually a bit hesitant in the water, but here, I felt completely safe and at ease. The trees, the light, the tranquility – I can’t even describe how beautiful it was. Truly one of my personal highlights – such peace and connection with nature. Activities The hosts’ children were incredibly kind and welcoming.

Each room has a private bathroom with a hot water shower, comfortable beds with canopy mosquito nets, overhead fans and furniture crafted on-site from local materials.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the cost of your stay and the on-site organic gardens supply many of the ingredients for meals. I loved everything about staying here. The property is so unique and it was an unforgettable experience. I’m writing this review on the last morning of my stay, sitting in my hammock looking out at the jungle, drinking the cacao tea brought to my room this morning, hoping I’ll catch one last view of the mama and baby sloth we spotted on our farm tour yesterday. The food has been outstanding, I looked forward to every meal, and when we did our day trip to Zapatilla islands (a must do - snorkeling, starfish, and dolphins on the way there, then the most pristine beach at these small national park islands), they packed lunch for us to bring. The rooms are so comfortable (obviously there are some bugs, but the netting around the bed works great and there’s ample bug spray and a fan above the bed) and it felt like a little paradise

Casa Acuario Boutique Hotel features a private beach area, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Bocas del Toro. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. The accommodation provides room service, a concierge service and luggage storage for guests. The attention to detail and way the rooms and hotel grounds were carefully curated was so unique and beautiful. You could tell a lot of time and effort goes into making sure guests have a unique experience, and I surely did as part of my stay. The location was perfect and easy to get to the main island and other islands within Bocas - not to mention the views over the water were insanely beautiful. The breakfast options in the morning were terrific and all the staff were so helpful and thorough in their duties . The owners were amazing and helped with suggestions on activities, transportation, and overall everything that you needed to know to have a great experience. They were super friendly and helpful, and they made my experience so much better by being just really good people. I’ve already recommended Casa Aquario to friends and family, and I look to go back again in the future. 10 out of 10 experience.

Free WiFi is accessible to all guests, while selected rooms also offer a terrace. At the guest house, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. My husband and I decided to spend a week in Bastimentos. It is a calm place to stay at. The location is perfect, everything's nearby, and it's right in the middle of Old Bank. The deck is a great place to just relax, chill, read a book, listen to some music or watch the sunset. Even though the kitchen is small, it has most necessary things. When in need of a water taxi, please ask for Maya. He's nice, responsible, and very punctual. Finally, the star of our stay, and the cherry on top were the daily breakfast options offered by Kiosco&Pescador. Eunice was the kindest and her food was the most delicious.

Hotel Tierra Verde Bed and Breakfast has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a private beach area and terrace in Bocas del Toro. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Some units at the property have a balcony with a sea view. It is much quieter than Bocas town. I loved the pool to cool down. Wifi was good

You can play darts at Bastimentos Hill Guest House. Hamacks were fun, spent on them an hour instead of breakfast 😂

Welcome to Hostal Hansi – Your Cozy Escape in Bocas del Toro!

📍 Located just 50 meters from the docks and a 17-minute walk to El Istmito Beach, Hostal Hansi offers the perfect base to explore the vibrant island life of Isla Colón. Great hostel, very clean. Lovely kitchen with all you need for cooking and areas to sit and eat and chill. There is a safe in the room also. I enjoyed my stay here very much.

El Paso de Almirante is situated in Almirante and offers a shared lounge. The property has city and inner courtyard views. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk and parking on-site.

The units in the guest house are fitted with a TV. Featuring a private bathroom, units at the guest house also boast free WiFi. All units have bed linen. We booked last minute after we missed the last boat to Bocas Town. The room was comfortable and clean. Good AC.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Garden Rooms is a recently renovated guest house set in Bocas del Toro, 700 metres from Istmito. The property has quiet street views. The guest house features family rooms. Everything was great, the garden, the birds, the open shower, the staff!
