The staff helped us navigate our trip to Ollantaytambo and Machu Picchu, and the breakfast is small but delicious (with great views). Our room was lovely and warm. Really well mantained rooms and property in the old city of Cusco Had a 2 nights stay in a room at the second floor. The room was very clean, spacious and looked very rustic and simple, but in a good way. I have appreciated the fact that they have cleaned our room after the first night. The breakfast was great. Various fruits and vegetables, pancakes, jams, natural juices, eggs etc. The communication was very easygoing and they also help us with taxi pickup and luggage deposit. Overall: it has exceeded our expectations! Thank you!

I love the decor and the provisions included, nothing was lacking or overdone. I was able to connect with the hotel via whatsapp before arriving and they arranged for a taxi pickup at the airport to avoid overpriced fees if booking from there. We stayed for only one night but I wished we had used it as a base for the rest of our trip because everything you need (wrt travel around Peru) can be arranged in Cusco. Laundry, tours, and bag storage are also available.
