Frank helped us with transportation to and from the airport, and he gave us great information about where to go and where to eat. He was available for questions and just overall nice and helpful! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect. It was comfortable like an Airbnb, but none of the responsibilities! The location is fantastic. It is in a nice and safe part of Mira Flores and easy to get around and find whatever you need. Stay here - you won’t regret it!

She explain to me in detail on how to find transportation to downtown and write a paper to help me find transportation back to hotel, This is super helpful since most of people there do not speak English. She also help arrange TAXI next morning 4am and woke up then to make sure I was able to ride the TAXI to airport.

I was a last minute booking, but they still managed to organsie airport pick up for early morning and sorted me a room to rest in until mine was ready. They gave amazing recommendations of local restaurants, places to visit and travel ideas. Rooms are clean, large beds and great storage lockers. I stayed in both a private room and a dorm, both were great.

The owner of the place was just amazing! Waiting for me to pick me up from the airport at 2 am. He also allowed me to stay longer since my flight was so late, to have a good rest and brought me breakfast at the hour that we agreed. The place is also very comfortable especially if you come late - it is very close by the airport and the owner will take care of you. :)
