Perfect location, right in front of the municipal garden (with sound of fountain & water), so no noise of cars. Large beautiful rooms with good beds & shower. Kind staff. The check-in is efficient, even without the classic reception. The coffee bar next to it is a wonderful addition for coffee & drinks all day. Close to the bus station, restaurants & shops.

We had an amazing 3 day stay! We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived until we left. Eric, his wife and Elsa are wonderful hosts! The room was clean, organized and had a very warm vibe; the views are gorgeous and place is very well maintained. It was my girlfriend’s birthday, and we had fantastic dinner watching the sunset, and they even got us a heart-warming cake. The guesthouse is nearby beautiful places, such as Cascata da Pedra da Ferida and Fragas de São Simão, which makes it easy to know a little bit of the centre of Portugal. Perfect for couples looking to getaway from the commotion of daily life, and enjoy sometime with nature.

It's a beautiful carefully designed property as a whole - the house, interior, the patio and the garden alltogether make a mavelous composition. The hosts are superfriendly and helpful. My grandparents live in a tiny village 6km away, so I'm *very* familiar with Coja and I didn't expect, at all, to find such a cozy and well done place here. The house was fully renovated in a way that merges the old stone frame with modern concepts, making it rustic but still cozy and - most importantly - clean. Good windows for light but also insulation, minimalistic rooms, but lovely shared area. The breakfast was fenomenal. The backyard is lovely. It was too cold for the pool, but I'm sure it would have been perfect as well. I'm 100% staying here every time I come to visit the family.

Very friendly staff, very clean and very comfortable room, nice balcony as well! We stayed here a night after Boom festival and it was the ideal room for that!
