This villa is extraordinary and we felt like a royal couple for this weekend. The house is crazy beautiful with a wonderful garden and a huge mammut tree that looks like from the jungle. The whole estate looks like painted. Everything is very calm, the personal incredibly friendly (they made us a breakfast at 4:15!!), the breakfast very tasty and high quality, the room was beautiful with a wonderful view and and furniture full of Stil, we slept like babies. Eventho we were almost the only guests due to off season, they prepared the whirl pool for us, so we could go into the whirl pool under the stars. Whoever wants a extraordinary wonderful place to stay this is perfect and we can highly recommend it.

If you’re reading this and are unsure if yes or no to book, let me tell you, it’s a definite YES! What a wonderful, wonderful place. We booked the converted stable and had such a lovely stay. Three ladies. We felt safe, looked after and it was like home away from home. Eduarda and her team was exceptional. Breakfast was amazing. This place is such a gem, a little haven. It’s within walking minutes to the supermarkets, farmer market, shops etc. You can easily use it as your base and do the east, west and circle tour from here. Taxi to the north-shore for a beach/surf day was (thanks to Eduarda’s booking) also very easy. We’d return in a heartbeat.

We had a short but fantastic stay in this beautiful, Christmas-decorated accommodation that completely exceeded our expectations. We received a very friendly welcome and the location was ideal. We were sad that we were only passing through and would have liked to spend more time here. A truly delightful place!

Great Location - easy to use as a homebase to get around the island. A few nice simple restaurants close by. Two cozy beaches close by. We had the en-suite room, everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen is shared but guests seem to use it just to prepare breakfast and the odd dinners. A very quite and calm place. We would definitely stay here again.

Suíte at Casa do Campo is excellent. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Filipe very helpful and courteous. Communal lounge area very roomy. Beautifully decorated with antiques. Tip….meter parking outside easy but no charge on public holidays. Only pay during the day.

We were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived and made to feel at home. Nothing was too much bother. Although it was 10pm by the time we arrived Leonardo sat down with us to give us recommendations for our stay in the Azores and they clearly love living there. The location is very convenient to wander into town. Breakfast was delicious and lovely to eat in the courtyard outside :freshly baked bread, delicious local jams, fresh coffee, eggs or fruit salad and a little cake (best pastel de nata We have tasted). Our room had a lovely little balcony and waterfall shower. It's a shame they were fully booked for our return journey but hope to be back again in the future.
