Staff was very friendly and helpful: they allowed us to check in earlier, then one of the ladies- she spoke German- came and gave us directions to the tourist area of town and suggestions for lunch locations, internet password. Breakfast was quite substantial!!!! I mean it. For a dinner or lunch close by -it is a pizza place advertisement on the street ( but has full restaurant menu) behind the corner few meters down the road - good prices, nice setting and clean. Hotel staff was really, really nice. Room has balcony with flowers.... love it ! overall very very good hotel and clean. Price, comparing with other B&B and hotels in that town, the best deal. Bus station is right there, also. We travel by bus while in Romania, so this detail was very important for us.

Lovely Nepalese girl working at the reception, very friendly and welcoming.

Positioned right at the foot of the old town, a short walk to the famous clock tower. Staff very friendly combiing their role as restauranteurs with being super hosts. Excellent food on a lovely terrace. Excellent breakfast included. Loved it!

The receptionist lady was very nice and helpful, loved the pools (clean but not overly clorinated), good dining, room was spacious, really nothing to complain.

I liked everything, it was 5 minutes from city center, the breakfast was very good, the room very clean. But most of all we liked the heated pool, the whole spa, the fact that you could also sunbathe. We will definitely come back.
