THE LADY WHO WELCOMED ME ON THE DAY OF MY ARRIVAL WAS WONDERFUL, VERY HELPFUL, READY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS, AND EVEN HELPED ME STORE MY LUGGAGE AT THE RECEPTION, AS MY TRAIN HAD ARRIVED IN BRASOV EARLY IN THE MORNING.
