At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and high tea and serves Italian cuisine. We stayed here whilst walking the Alpe Adria trail. It had everything we needed and was clearly a favourite of the locals. Unfortunately we'd already eaten so didn't have an evening meal but the breakfast was delicious and the scrambled egg were the best of our holiday. They grew their own apricots and made wine. They left a couple of bottles in the room to sample on the house and they were delicious. The hosts were friendly and welcoming.

Perfect for a romantic getaway since there is no WiFi and no cellphone reception either = you can read a book or have a real conversation. Parking is inside the gates, so once you find the house there is plenty of space. I own a B&B and now I want to go home and create something similar!
