Spacious room and the balcony is very cute. Tall windows and ceiling. The outside eating area and chill out space is very welcoming to hide from the heat of the city. Food is delicious. Staff is so nice too and the cold water dispenser in the hallway was perfect.

Fantastic place! Located in a small and quiet alley, just 20 minutes walk to the Royal Palace, it's an old, traditional house, which has been renovated with great taste. All people from the family that run the place are very lovely and helpful. The room, bathroom and the common facilities are very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was tasty too. I will definitely choose that place again if I'll go back to Bangkok: highly recommended!

Located close to Bangkok’s Southern Bus Terminal, it is very convenient if you arrive to/depart from there, since the hotel also offers a free ride directly to the terminal (in my case, at 5:30am) The room was large, very clean and with all comforts both in the room and in the bathroom. The staff was very kind and responsive - answered all messages and questions within a few minutes.

We liked this acomodation a lot. It was very close to the airport, in a quiet location and Mr. Hong was the nicest host ever. It was a bit difficult to understand each other but there was nothing he would not help us with. He even wen to the clinic with me to translate when I went for blood tests after dengue fever. He brought us a lot of fruits and picked my boyfriend for having some food. Everything was perfectly clean.
