Located in a small and quiet alley, just 20 minutes walk to the Royal Palace, it's an old, traditional house, which has been renovated with great taste. All people from the family that run the place are very lovely and helpful. The room, bathroom and the common facilities are very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was tasty too. I will definitely choose that place again if I'll go back to Bangkok: highly recommended!

This is truly a lovely guesthouse with amazing hosts. They promptly replied to communication and requests and had great suggestions. The room was quite big, and the bed was comfy and the shower worked very well! The neighborhood is lovely, with a park and street stalls and 7/11 nearby as well as the MRT blue line. It was very easy to get into the city and see the sights. I would recommend staying here for sure!

The room was very well maintained, nicely furnished, clean, and had a nice balcony. Self check-in was easy and smooth. Located in a small street, so it was quiet and peaceful. The staff is great and very responsive. They did everything they could to fix the aircon noise and did it fast on the same day. Thank you for everything.
