All in 1 Guesthouse is a 10-minute walk from the city’s Night Market and a 15-minute ride from Chiang Mai International Airport, Railway Station and the local Bus Terminal. The facilities were comfortable and attended all my necessities. The staff are amazing.

At the inn, every room is fitted with a balcony. At the accommodation every room includes a desk and a flat-screen TV. I stayed for one month. Bow, the lady in reception, is one of the kindest (and funniest) people you'll meet, and she made my stay so good. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is spotless, and rooms are cleaned daily. Bottles of drinking water are delivered to the room every day. There are loads of great coffee stands and streetfood on the same road. It's peaceful even though very near the city (5 mins on foot into the old city). Very safe area. There's a microwave and kettle in the reception area to heat food. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was good too. Bow is always on hand to help or offer a Thai snack! The hotel offers a very soft landing to foreigners arriving in Thailand and Chiang Mai if you've never been before.
