This was our second visit to Coco Sea Bang Po Resort. We spent five weeks in one of the two beachfront rooms. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. Su the owner is friendly and charming and takes good care of her guests. The location is perfect, just a few meters from the beach with chairs and bean bags for you to relax in the shade of the palm trees. Bang Po beach is one of the quietest beaches on Koh Samui and perfect for just relaxing and swimming. There are plenty of restaurants, two 7-11 and a mini Big C store all within a few minutes walk.

A recently renovated guest house in Lamai and within less than 1 km of Lamai Beach, Pink House features an infinity pool, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi.

By far my favourite stay in Thailand so far. The place is very well located, in a peaceful area, yet close to loads of nice things to do. It’s also very easy to socialise there if you feel like it, thanks to the cosy vibe created by the owners. Pascale and Marco are absolutely lovely, the rooms are super comfortable and the breakfast is amazing. I would have extended my stay there but they were fully booked, and I can understand why!

The location is really great with a few minute walk to the main Lamai beach, the food market, gym and a lot of diverse restaurants. Downstairs there’s a laundry service which was handy!

A little gem of a hotel with modern, inviting interiors, a pool, comfortable rooms and exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. A few good restaurants and a small supermarket are just around the corner and it’s a ten minute stroll to the beach. Wonderful place!

I started my one-year journey in Thailand, and at the very beginning of it, I stayed at Star Samui Guesthouse on Koh Samui Island. The owner, Neno, was one of the kindest people I met at the start of my trip — truly an amazing person who helped me a lot and made me feel at home. I was so happy with my stay that I decided to end my journey in the same place where it began. I came back to Star Samui Guesthouse, and once again, everything was perfect. Neno is still the same wonderful person, and I’m really grateful for his kindness and hospitality. If you ever come to Koh Samui, I highly recommend staying here — you won’t regret it!
