We stayed here for six nights and really enjoyed our time. Frank and Ann are very welcoming and were so helpful with any of our questions about the island and recommendations (which ATM to use, which ice cream shop is the best, etc). The location was excellent, with a short walk to the beach, 7-11, and so many restaurants near by to choose from. The breakfasts that Ann made were very good, as was the coffee. Ann even took care of our laundry on our last day for a very reasonable price. The cleaning staff in the hotel were great as well. The personal touch provided by Frank is very rare in this fast paced industry, and we certainly appreciated it. We'll always remember our time here. Also, shout out to Isaac for our fun chats. All in all it was a very positive experience, and we would definitely book this place again if we return to Phuket.

The room was nice and clean simple but all you need. Location 1min walk from beach. Bars and 7eleven in the street but still not loud at night .even surprisingly silent.staff was friendly and watt for us til 24.00 becouse the flight had a delay. The beach strip has bars and dinner places
