From the very beginning, even months before our arrival, the owner was incredibly helpful when we had to rebook due to bad weather. Communication was always fast, clear and kind, which immediately gave us confidence in choosing this place. During our stay, nothing was ever too much trouble – every request was met with professionalism and genuine warmth (and we had quite a few about things to do in the area)! The place itself feels very homey, comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was a real highlight: prepared with locally sourced ingredients and always fresh, it was made to order, so there was very little waste – something I truly appreciated. The location is also excellent for exploring Cappadocia, yet calm enough to relax in the evenings. We left with such a positive impression and so much gratitude for the care and hospitality we received. Highly recommended for anyone wanting both comfort and a personal touch during their trip to Cappadocia.

We got an amazing stay in Gedik Cave Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always available to solve any problem and make your stay better. The breakfast is really good, and the location is super good to go to Goreme city center and to see the balloons in the morning. We got balloons going over us in the hotel terrace. I recommend this place.

Outstanding Hospitality – Truly Above and Beyond Our stay at this hotel was made extra special by the incredibly kind and helpful owners. They were always available, genuinely accommodating, and treated us more like family than guests. One moment we’ll never forget was when it started raining just as we were heading out for dinner. We asked if we could borrow an umbrella, but instead, the owner kindly offered to drive us to the BBQ House restaurant herself. Not only that, she even spoke to the restaurant owner to make sure someone would accompany us back afterward. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. The overall atmosphere, service, and warmth from the owners made our stay truly memorable. We felt safe, valued, and very well taken care of. Highly recommended—we would definitely return!

It was just opposite the famous Uçhisar Castle .The staff were helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The house cat and highlight was Badam their dog. It really felt like staying at home The breakfast spread was a highlight - delicious, homemade-style Turkish delicacies served with a stunning view. Imagine savoring freshly baked pastries and sipping coffee while taking in the unique landscapes of Cappadocia! Our family room was cozy and beautifully appointed with fire place and comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. The hotel's unique architecture and tranquil atmosphere made for a truly immersive experience (minus the cold weather ) Kale Konak Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a quieter and more authentic alternative to Göreme, I highly recommend staying in Uçhisar—and especially at La Maison de Sisik. The hotel is located close to the castle and has incredible panoramic views from the terrace. Watching the hot air balloons in the early morning was magical. You can also see Pigeon Valley, Red Valley, White Valley, Love Valley, and Göreme from there—all easy to reach. The breakfast was varied and delicious, beautifully presented with options for every taste. The room was nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. Everything I needed was there. Ayşe, the host, was always available, friendly, and helpful with tips and local advice. The staff were also lovely—always smiling and welcoming. I truly had a fantastic experience and felt right at home. Would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
