The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a shared kitchen and currency exchange for guests. The place was very nice, really close to all the transportation, shops and restaurants, but at the same time in the pretty calm neighbourhood. The host was very friendly and helpful, to stay at this beautiful place for 2 nights was a pure dream, especially seeing the sea view when you wake up and when you go to sleep. Perfect place, I will definitely recommend it to everyone who is gonna travel to Heybeliada.

Situated a few steps from Nizam Beach, Orhan Kutbayin Evi offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. A very lovely, cozy, and quiet place to relax. Hale and her family welcomed us so warmly into their home. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We also had a terrace and a kitchen, which we shared with the guests from the neighboring room. Another great bonus was that we could use the washing machine for a small fee. Hale told us about the island and the history of the house, and gave us great recommendations about nearby beaches. She was always available and ready to help, and we truly felt her care throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend staying with her if you’re planning a trip to Büyükada.
