The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable! Everytime we step into the lobby we felt really welcomed :) they will go through the extra mile to ensure that we are comfortable. They also gave us an upgrade room to celebrate our anniversary, and a lovely handmade card. The room is really clean, and has a beautiful interior design. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

JTI is super conveniently located, literally steps away from the Songjiang Nanjiang Metro Station. Once you find the sign though: it is somewhat small and easy to overlook among the many other places even in this building. But once inside, the friendly atmosphere of a small, well-run and above all welcoming hotel greets you. We stayed six nights and will return for another three at the end of our month in Taiwan. Journey Town Inn is small (some 10 rooms or so), the rooms are individually decorated and the common area has a great coffee machine for guests’ use 24/7. Late check-in (after 6pm) looked daunting, but the instructions we received were so descriptive that it was a breeze. Oh, a last thing: if you cannot find the energy to go far for dinner, there are two hot-pot restaurants in the building. We ate at the one on the third floor and it was very, very good!

ENERGY INN cessera l'affichage actif ou la fourniture de produits d'hygiène personnelle jetables dans la salle de bains à compter du 1er janvier 2025. Everything is excellent! Food is good, staff is very nice, they will help you with the direction to the place that you want to visit. They clean the room everyday. They even have a surprise gift for me on my birthday. Thank you Energy Inn looking forward to stay with you again on my next visit.😊❤️
