Very welcoming and comfortable. Photos online don’t do the property justice. Balcony out the front was great and we utilised it a couple of times.

Features include a free hot American breakfast and a hot tub.The property is located across 4 buildings. We had a lovely time in this romantic guesthouse as a 30 y.o. couple. The room was quite big and clean, bathroom was spacious and the balcony was so nice. We were on the first floor, and there was armchairs to sit in outside there and just enjoy the ocean breeze. Magical. The bar was quite cool as well, with live music. A pity that they stop playing at 19:00 and close the bar at 19:30 though. Breakfast was a lot of options, homemade cooking kinda vibe, we enjoyed it a lot. Parking was very convenient, I don’t understand the bad reviews about the distance. Guys, it’s literally 1 minutes walk. It’s good for you, just walk. It’s not gonna kill you. Strongly recommend!

We’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend the Augustine Guesthouse enough. It’s a true gem!

The property is around 1.6 km from Mallory Dock, 1.7 km from Mallory Square and 2 km from Southernmost Point. The property is non-smoking and is located 1.6 km from Simonton Street Beach. We absolutely loved our stay at the Porch. Room was comfortable and very quiet, location was incredible and we couldn't get enough of the neighborhood and it's beautiful architecture. In case you arrive by car, do not worry about parking, it was extremely easy to find a spot each time. We will definitely be back!
