And owner with stuff can perfectly speak English, so it's all much easier!

The property is close to Ha Noi Railway station, Hanoi Opera House and Imperial Citadel of Thang Long. The property is non-smoking and is set 400 metres from Thang Long Water Puppet Theater. Overall was a good experience, walkable to beer street and local restaurants yet very quiet. Extended one more day.

The host was so friendly and made my stay so comfortable. Listen, nowhere in Hanoi is quiet, so you're gonna hear scooters occasionally go by, live music from the neighborhood restaurant, and a rooster earlier than you really want. This is still the most peaceful place I stayed during my 2 weeks in Hanoi.
