The stay was amazing. Only 7 minutes away by taxi from Burj Khalifa. Supermarket other sidebof road, and nice walk near river at evening right there. All stuff there at hotel are very very friendly. Every day asking how you doing. Easy to talk. Always smiling. Kind , helpful, working with heart and not only for money. They all working as a team . Everyone knows what to do. After 2 days you feel like visiting family not a hotel . Feels very comfortable. They really all care about you and treat you like a king. Helped us every day with gluten free bread and pastry. The evening snack bar and drinks was a very nice option, you get cocktails, beer, wine everything... the snack option was like full dinner for us. They have very good management there for sure. Watching, checking. The Burj Khalifa view from our room was just amazing. You have there always free water, tea and coffee capsules for the machine. You know how we Europeans like high cleaning standards in hotels? This one was the best from all 5***** hotels we had. They clean your room perfectly. Glass in shower, mirrors and everything. Even small details. Tumb up for the cleaning servis. We want to say thank you to all the staff ad hotel. We really enjoyed it. You are great. We hope to come back next year again.

Excellent hotel with people friendly staff during our new year trip to Dubai, we loved it. Especially house keeping staff like Mr. Ye Htet, Ganapathy and Masaud. The hotel is in very close proximity to Dubai mall and Burj and the breakfast was delicious.

I had a great stay at this hotel, the hotel is very new and comfortable. The stuff was incredible and took good care of us. We would love to come back again. Best place to stay if you are planing to see the central part of Dubai as well as the old Dubai.
