Hotels, location is great and the hotel has the best possible offer.
The rooms are beatuful and clean and very spacious, the views are just magnificent.
The entire staff is super friendly and always happy to help, especially Guest Experience Manager Zeyda, Chef in Noriku restaurant Eduardo and the most friendly waitress Isabel who always took good care of us.
The food in the main restaurant is excellent, a wide selection, something new every day it is impossible to have complaints in this restaurant, because there is something for every taste.
Asian, Mexican, Italian and steak house restaurants are TOP. Tepanyaki expirience in Noriku Restaurant was unforgettable and that is why we went twice.
We had a fantastic time on our vacation and we are definitely considering returning to this resort.

I was in need of a last-minute hotel room after a very big flight delay, and it was easier to book this hotel right at the airport than trying to deal with getting transport to/from downtown Cancun after an already stressful day. The hotel includes all the things you expect from a Hilton property. It's walking distance from the airport, and also offers a free shuttle. The rooms are large and the air conditioning works well. The hotel's restaurant/bar is open late, and it has a cool pool area.

The hotel is a standard hilton so it's up to a decent standard. and it a walking distance to the airport. Please remember that it is a walking distance from the airport despite what everyone says

After a couple of weeks staying at the Ozen Retreat Centre in Playa Del Carmen the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel was a welcome overnight stay before a long trip back to UK. Really enjoyed my stay and felt safe as a solo traveller. Would stay there again.

An Oasis, perfect in every aspect. Always, everything I could want comes with a smile and the most welcoming feeling I've experienced in any hotel. Hilton Garden Inn is the only hotel I look for now, anywhere in the world.
