Hilton Hotels in Riyadh

The response by Guest Relations on complaining that, although a Hilton Honors member who had made a special request for a room on a higher floor because it was a special (birthday) occasion, I had been given a room on the 3rd floor. They found a room on a much higher floor - albeit a different category (twin not double).

The place was very clean and smelled really good. Bathroom was exceptional and the breakfast was top notch. I couldn't ask for a better hotel. My family will definitely come back! Keep up the excellent job, Hilton Garden Hotel!!!
