Hilton Hotels in Hilton Head Island

Room was ok. Toilet flush very slow, No ventilation, Sink drainage is very slow. Bed cover sheets are very rough. Shower floor area slippery. we asked for a mat. Hampton inn is far superior in these areas at much cheaper rate. I reported to the staff, they informed me the maintenance staff will fix the problem, no improvement. It took along time to get hot water for the shower. Hampton is superb in this regard, Everything else, such as reception staff, Valle, dinning, pool and tour guide agent were excellent.

Hilton Garden Inn was very nice. The staff was very polite.. The breakfast was excellent every morning. We really enjoyed the stay.. It was a great place for our family.

I would first like to Thank Damon, Tim and Miss Terry for making my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn an amazing experience. I celebrated my Birthday the weekend of my stay and was greeted with a wonderful surprise. Balloon, Card and wine with Complimentary Breakfast. Thank you for being so amazing and kind. Miss Terry was fantastic, my breakfast was delicious.
