The hotel just has a fabulous location. It was great to be in NYC during the Thanksgiving holiday and be just a block from Saks Fifth Ave, a block from the parade and walking distance to many attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind with excellent service, too. The only improvement ı can think of is complimentary coffee at the lıbby in the morning for those who do not have access to the Owners’ lounge.

Great central location but away from hectic city center and 2mins from central park. The room was spacious, well cleaned everyday. Soft towels, good toiletries and a great shower. Nice linen on a really comfy super king size bed. The room temperature was great even though the temperature in New York fluctuated a lot while we were there. There is no bar or restaurant on site but lots of places to eat and drink on the same street as the hotel.

The location was amazing, the staff really friendly and answered our every question or request. Gym was basic but useful. Breakfast exceeded my expectations in terms of variety as i was expecting something really basic. They served fruit, yogurt, cereal, granola and pastry every single day. The also had omelette or fried egg, sausage or bacon and pancakes. Bread and mini bagels as well. The room was of nice size for nyc and it had a medium size fridge, microwave and was fully equipped to eat there. It was great!

The property was recently renovated and looked great! The staff were so helpful and kind, made us feel so comfortable and valued guests. The room was a really nice size. My friend and I travelled from Australia and had probably about 140 pounds of luggage between us and all our sh*t fit in the room and we still felt like we had heaps of room to move around in. We extended our stay and the lady at the front desk managed to keep us in the same room on short notice. We really appreciated all her efforts to make our stay such a fantastic experience. I would book here again in a heartbeat!!
