Very clean rooms and the bed was super super comfortable! The staff on the front desk were amazing, full of excellent suggestions for restaurants and things to do locally. They really helped us when the airline lost our bags as well as just being genuinely curious about how our day was and how our stay was going, five stars!

Hilton was absolutely beautiful. The food, drinks, room & staff were all amazing.

This was such a great deal! The hotel was amazing and came with a fully equipped kitchen. Bed and sofa bed were both comfortable and the entire room was clean. Pool was warm and the view was breathtaking during sunrise and sunset. The location was in a noise free zone as it was a distance away from the main attractions of La Quinta Avenida. Balcony came with table and chairs and the pool area had adorable canopy beds!

This apartment complex is situated in a really central location. We walked everywhere. The neighborhood was safe to take a stroll with bunch of restaurants and cafes around. The facilities were nice. The apartment was a corner unit that had its privacy canopy door and had everything inside that we needed. Communication is through Booking.com and it was fast. I would definitely stay here again. It was quite at night but the road does get busy in the morning, however, that didn't bother us at all.

Conrad and Oscar the members of the Hotel staff and breakfast staff both were AWESOME.

The Tulum Hilton is new, and the rooms are super-nice. The staff is very attentive, and there is abundant wildlife all around the resort (iguanas, Coatimundi, lizards.) Really GREAT pool areas.
