The host was very pro, he even send a guid picture how to use tv remote, honestly it was cleaner than the double tree by Hilton, no wonder he has a high rating, I recommend it, if u c this unit don’t doubt, it has 3 bed room each bed room can accommodate 3 to 4 person with a huge balcony, full amenities. It’s really worth the price.

Always a Hilton customer outside of Johore when traveling in Malaysia

Room was spacious and comfortable for 3 adults. Shower has good water pressure. Breakfast was great which included many vegetarian options for my mum to try. Staff at the front desk were friendly. We also had dinner at Tosca restaurant located on the 13th floor of Doubletree by Hilton Melaka which was overall pleasant.

Breakfast spread was pretty good, although coming from a recent trip to another Doubletree Hilton in JB, it was less impressive.

I love doubletree when I styled in a few years back. The buffet spread was much more and well replenished all the time. However this time round I find that the buffet breakfast was much much lesser choice as compared to before. The room in general was pleasant but the toilet shower had a terrible smell. I assume it’s from the floor trap sewage. That made the stay in the room abit uncomfortable other than that it was okay! Staff were amazing and friendly as how I last remembered!

Large apartment with 3 rooms and 3 toilets. Comfortable space for 3 adults 1 kid, and could probably take more. Fuss free self check-in. Location is alright if you drive, it's right next to Doubletree by Hilton. Basic amenities provided (fridge, microwave, bathrooms equipped with towels, shampoo and soap.) I liked that there was a mini foosball table in the living room - it kept the kid entertained for a bit. TV is equipped with netflix and youtube. Price is very very reasonable.

Apartment has nice sea view and is big. Cozy living room and kitchen is equipped with basic accessories. Feel safe and secure as there are security guards on duty. The residence is beside doubletree Hilton hotel and you can get buffet breakfast there if you want a nice full breakfast. Fast and easy check-in/out. 10 mins slow walk to Wa Zen Restaurant and other dining options. Zus cafe and 7-11 are at the ground floor of the element mall.

Services were impeccable. The staff were attentive to our needs and displayed warmth throughout our stay. We were amazed by the cleanliness of the rooms and also the hotel surroundings. All in all, we look forward to staying in Double Tree by Hilton again.

Breakfast is okay. Quality of food could be improved. I like the croissant but do not expect a wide selection of bakes . Muffins look sad. I was expecting like Doubletree Hilton at JB kind of standard but it was not.
