Got really lucky to be ungraded to Presidential Suite. The suite is luxury, spacious and with fantastic sea views from the top floor. My kids enjoy the jacuzzi at the balcony. We enjoyed so much during our stay. Thank you so much Double Tree by Hilton Penang for the upgrade! Also, thanks for the complimentary birthday cake and room decoration from the hotel team!

Large canopy style bed and large room

I love this place, although it is not for everyone. It has a unique, nostalgic vibe, filled with curio and you do feel like you have stepped back in time. The bed was really comfy and the bed linen was lovely. The shower itself was good heat and pressure. Lots of space in the 3 bed room and a private space surrounded by greenery. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

My son liked the location, the room and the bathroom. There was nothing he disliked. He said he had a good stay and nothing to complain about. The communication, which I passed on to my son, was clear, timely and very curious. The stay therefore gets a thumbs up from me!

Everything about this hotel is just lovely! It is an old quaint building..so don't expect Hilton! .. but that is why it is such a brilliant experience! The room was great.. very chilled! The food was great and above all, the staff are so lovely! Definitely stay here!

Overall.. Tqsm to mr apple if im not mistaken.. The mamak or indian guy sorry if im wrong.. Very2 helpfull..willing to treat and serve us even we are check.in by 01am from kl.. Because of problem from others hotels in bayan lepas..which is lexus penang..very bad services My compliment to hilton penang..
