Every room at Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown West Loop provides a 43-inch flat-screen HDTV, fully-equipped kitchen and separate living room area. A sofa bed and lounge chair are also included. We spent 5 nights in the hotel. Everything was perfect. The location near a subway station. The breakfast was really good and a special thank you to Annette ( the very nice lady at the breakfast) who was super nice with us and our daughter. She made the 10/10 !

A desk with an ergonomic work chair is also included. The location is perfect. The staff is readily available and the room was very comfortable. Being in a high floor noise from the outside was non-existent even thought the hotel sits in the heart of the city and not far from the metro loop.

We had a problem with the toilet not flushing in one of the rooms I booked and they came and fixed it right away.
