The villa was brand new with all new furniture and appliances. The a/c units worked perfectly, and we used the oven and outdoor grill . The bedrooms with each having a bathroom on the ground floor was great as we spent all of our time there on the exterior porch with a great ocean view and a constant breeze we never were hot , also had an exterior shower , rinse tank for dive equipment and locking exterior storage for gear . Very safe and quiet area , close to the town and a dive resort and restaurant a short 2 minute walk away

The house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and could be separated to accommodate our children. The living area was very comfortable along with the terrace and pool made Kas Manta the perfect base for our holiday. Bonus points for the drinks in the fridge and snacks on arrival, the SUP board and beach equipment, the children really enjoyed the SUP in the lagoon behind the house! Tip: Beach chairs would be a brilliant addition to the cooler for afternoons spent at Te Amo beach 😉
