Large and beautiful territory, a huge lake, and beautiful views from the window, amazing design inside the house, like some kind of museum! Lots of interesting things like an old camera, vintage clock, antlers and paintings, all this created a warm atmosphere. Everything you need from kitchen utensils to board games. A boat and a wood-fired sauna on the shore, a place for a grill under the roof, which saved us during the rain.

The house was absolutely an oasis in an incredibly peaceful setting. The sauna was incredible and we really enjoyed everything about the relaxing surroundings!! There are stores a short drive. I would pick up necessities you need before arrival so that you can get to relaxing!! Our host was so helpful in recommending hikes/walks in nature, a place to get a massage and generally super responsive! Meenikunno and Taevaskova were absolutely stunning walks. We took a short drive to Setomaa area and ate dinner at the Museum and Farm restaurant after our tour. Definitely don’t miss out on that delicious food!

An incredible stay near the stunning Taevaskoja area! The venue is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and style. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and made our experience even better. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway in nature!

Situé à Hurmi, l’hébergement Hurmioru guesthouse near Otepää with sauna offre une vue sur le lac. We liked all facilities that were there. As we were in the winter time -15 at home it was warm and comfortable (very romantic). There was a practical outside terrace with grill and grill facilities to make a delicious dinner for a relaxing in nature. The sauna was nice and clean with an outstanding view on the lake.

We enjoyed the waterfront: rowing, fishing, sup-ing and sauna of course, the possibility to have an open fire and bbq and the forrest: picking blueberries. Sleeping with the summer warmth was okey because we could keep windows open due to moscito nets on the windows. Also close-by things to do: Peipsi järv, Taevaskoda, multiple forrest hiking routes. And, after 20 years of travelling and staying in different houses, and always having to cook with unsharp knives, we were now really happy with sharp knives. It was just nice that all these little details were in order.
