Die in der Region Grampian in Tomintoul gelegene Unterkunft Glenlivet by Wigwam Holidays bietet einen kostenlosen Privatparkplatz. I'm generally not a person that stays in small huts like this, but I was positively surprised by this one. It isn't the most spaceous, but it was great for the two days we stayed there, and if you're a more wilderness/camping kind of person, I definitely recommend it. The surroundings were lovely woods with some nice walking paths, that especially at night provided some great opportunities for star watching, and the hut itself has a nice little kitchen with everything you need (except maybe an oven, but if you do it right, you can definitely do without that), and a nice and clean shower, the beds were also very comfortable. Every hut also has a fire place outside, and the owners provide firewood upon request, if there is no fire ban at the moment, which can happen if it becomes too dry. I can definitely recommend this if you are looking fora little bit more adventurous stay!

This was just wonderful, I’d have stayed longer had it been available. Such a cutely furnished tiny house. The lovely hosts are always trying to improve these already excellent cabins by adding more thoughtful details. I loved the skylight above the bed. Best light for reading. Drift off to sleep with the stars twinkling above you. Great Deeside walks just outside the front door. Perfect cosy place for two; I’d say fitting four in here might get a little cramped, especially if you’re going to leave 4 people’s luggage lying around randomly. Hot tub a nice feature. One commenter complained about not being able to use it in the rain, which, frankly, is weird. When you’re immersed in hot water, the rain can’t touch you. The hosts were extremely friendly, and, in my case, literally went that extra mile! Big thank you to Karl, Bess, and Stacey!

Die Unterkunft Aileen - Unique tiny house with wood fired roll top bath in heart of the Cairngorms verfügt über Bergblick und Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Balkon und einem Wasserkocher,... The location was fantastic, a quite location set still only a short drive along the road for the village. The tiny house was such a high standard, when I seen the pictures before booking and then the size of the house I thought no way it’s that big in side but it really was.

Würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Absolut zu empfehlen. Top ausgestattet. Vor allem super die usb Adapter gerade für uns aus Deutschland. So sauber!!! Küche alles da was man braucht und sauber. Und total Hunde freundlich. Napf, fressen und Decke. Was wir gar nicht gebraucht hätten. Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

The property had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, from cooking equipment, towels and flannels to cleaning products and cloths and all good quality. It was very clean. Good size rooms, comfortable bed and great en-suite. Nothing really negative at all. Good range of appliances including coffee machine and air fryer. The location was central to the Cairngorms with great walks from the door and also within easy reach by car.
