Turns out I had booked the wrong date somehow. But it didn’t matter. We were invited into their home, got to meet the dog’s, were made a pot of tea and they fit us in and got the little barn ready for us. Truly above and beyond. The little barn itself is amazing! Perfect mixture of modern and cozy. We didn’t even leave. I would 100% return, perhaps when the weather is a bit better so we can explore a little.

In spite of being small, it has been freshly renovated with such excellent use of space, my family of 4 adults were very comfortable. The half bath downstairs was tiny but perfect for a second toilet. Efficient stocked kitchen was a pleasure as well as the lovely little back patio. Lots of whimsical decorations, children would love this cottage. Everything was clean and lacked nothing. Framlingham is a charming village. I highly recommend this lovely cottage. You will not be disappointed with this stay.

Great location and easy to access.

The delightful inn has comfortable motel-style rooms with free Wi-Fi and Freeview TV. Rooms are in a separate annexe in the inn’s grounds. Everything went well - I was greeted warmly and I was shown to my accommodation which was nice and cosy with many modern appliances. I was served at the bar by a chap called Peter who was very helpful with the choices of drinks. Later that evening I was joined by my Sister and Brother in law. I slept well and its the first hotel in a number of stays this year where I had biscuits with the Tea! Breakfast was again really good value and very nice, the waitress was very attentive and I cannot fault any part of my stay.

Situated in Framlingham in the Suffolk region, with Framlingham Castle nearby, Carleys Yard by The Suffolk Cottage Collection features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. This recently renovated holiday home is located 17 km from Saint Botolph's Burgh and 26 km from Eye Castle. The property is non-smoking and is located 28 km from Ipswich Station. We loved the locality to the town square and pubs and restaurants. The premises is an excellent space with great facilities. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the premises and separated by a massive space (Lounge, Dining area and Kitchen) - great for two couples to use.

It was beautiful, spotless, comfortable and close to the town centre. If we visit again we will re-book!!
