The cleaning services were prompt and regular and a hats off to the cleaning team who did their job exceptionally well. We took their taxi pick up from the airport on arrival and also when departing. We also used their taxi services for full day trips and it was amazing. Nick and Bapak took us around on full day trips and both of them were wonderful in their jobs. We would definitely stay at Juada Garden again when we go back to Bali.

I cannot comment on the food or room service since we spent Nyepi (silent day) at the villa so we cooked our own food.

They serve food until 5 p.m., so for dinner you’ll need to grab a quick ride into town, which is easy enough. All in all, an unforgettable stay — we’d love to come back!
