The property was built in 1990 and has accommodation with a patio. The property is non-smoking and is situated 25 km from Circolo Golf Villa d'Este. Our stay was excellent. The staff was benevolent, he showed everything, gave us tips on where to go. To tell a long story short, my recommendation to stay here.😁

The host Marco was very friendly and helpful. He tried the best to provide us what we needed during our stay, really impressive! If you come with a car, please take my advise. There is free parking nearby: https://maps.app.goo.gl/7tqcYoX2zF4yaM5z8 But not guaranteed, as it is a public parking lot, cars come and go. You may have to run your luck for an open spot. If it's full, then try somewhere else around, then come back later. It is recommended that before checking in, park your car nearby first, then walk to the door of the property to meet the host. Because streetside parking in front of the apartment is not so feasible.

The house has all gone comforts needed for any length of stay, whether you dine out, or in. Televisions, Alexa, Games, or chill in the garden with a bbq. You can walk to the shore of Lake Como in 10 minutes. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. The scenery around the lake is spectacular. My friends and me loved our stay here, while touring around Europe on motorcycles. I would highly recommend this pace, and very reasonable price also for the quality of the house.

It was quite large, with plenty of room for our family of four people. We visited in December, so we were unable to really use the four balconies, but can imagine how nice to have them available in the warmer months. The decor was homey. Both the kitchen and the living room were cozy and inviting. The location of the apartment is perfect. We travelled by train from Milan and easily walked to the apartment from the Como Lago station. We easily walked to the old town too. Many great restaurants are close by as well as a couple of local coffee shops are literally just steps away. Thomas is a wonderful host who is quite personable and very responsive. We actually think he is the best host we have ever had:). We brought our dog, and Thomas put out a little doggie bed as well as water and food bowls. Thank you Thomas.
