I note that there is a microwave, this is not something that is found in every apartment in the area. There is a washing machine and dryer for a fee (4 euros washing machine, 2 euros - dryer) downstairs, in the public area. The shower with a strong stream of water is particularly enjoyable. The guys who run the hotel gave us excellent service. The apartment is quite simple but very comfortable, clean and pleasant. The service desk is only open between 8:30-11:30, 14:30-18:30.
