It a beautiful property and surrounded by mesmerising landscape. Like you can spend the entire evening roaming around in the backyard where our host has been growing all sorts of fancy stuff ( strawberries, passion fruit, oranges… you name it). To top it all you get to play with Simba(shyest feline you’ll ever meet). I wish we were there for a few more days but definitely recommend it to everyone who is going to Nuwara Eliya

What a beautiful accommodation in Hatton, close to everything. The main advantage is the terrace, waaaw it overlooks tea plantations and a forest and you can enjoy charming sunrises from the terrace with a cup of Sri Lankan tea. We met the host on our last day and he was very polite and warm, he offered us a ride to the station, thank you again Stutti :) The rooms are spacious, well furnished and clean and the kitchen has all what we needed. You can walk to the train station and also to the bus stand if you wanna go to Adam's peak I highly recommend

Suggested good place to eat, while our friends in the adjecent villa were able to cook in the equipped kitchen. Good and rich breakfast was served directly into the appartament. Just wished we could stay longer to enjoy more the area!

Rooms at the Langdale Boutique Hotel by Amaya recall the Tea Estate era, with dark wooden flooring and classic furniture. They are fitted with satellite TV, a sofa and a tea maker. We spent two nights at Langdale Boutique Hotel by Amaya and absolutely loved it. The hotel is tucked away in the middle of endless tea fields, and the views are just stunning, it feels like a little world of its own. What made our stay so memorable was the incredible staff. From start to finish, they made us feel so welcome and genuinely cared for, nothing was ever too much trouble. A special thank you to the reception and wait staff, as well as Chef Guiamme, who not only cooked us the most delicious meals but also took the time to share his recipes for Coconut Jam, Dhal, and Onion Sambal. We can’t wait to try them at home and share them with our friends and family. Such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay feel extra personal. We were kindly upgraded for our stay and the room was very comfortable and cozy, and we both slept so well and got the perfect recharge after exploring. We also loved the facilities — the heated pool was perfect after a day of adventuring, the mini golf is a nice touch and the walks around Langdale’s estate were peaceful and beautiful. We also used the laundry service which did a truly excellent job and refreshed our belongings for our onward journey. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Sri Lanka, and we’ll look back on it fondly. If you’re looking for warm hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and truly outstanding service, Langdale is the place to stay.
