A great location but in the mountain sharply so we were driving a car and got complications in the evening cause buses and other cars come up and down so … but the rest was perfect - a good terrace with Mountain View , very hospitable owners, great breakfast and all what we need as toiletries , towels , separate kitchen . The owner was very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and prepared directly on our balcony, where we could enjoy it with an amazing view of the jungle. Overall, we experienced great hospitality and had a truly pleasant stay.

Everything was perfect. We loved our cabin. We catch some rain in the end of the day, so we didn't use the swimming pool, but had a so nice time in Tea Cabins. Was like a paradise. The staff was amazing with arrange everything that we need for our stay. We had some dinner in Ella and they always pick up us at night. We had some dinner in Tea Cabins as well and the food was very nice.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. everyone was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The accommodation itself was top-notch—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail, from the bedding to the amenities, reflected a commitment to quality and comfort. Beatiful and peaceful place in the nature. You can hear many kinds of birds and see monkeys.. Sithu and Kalpana are 2 sisters, they are so kind and helpful. They organised tuk tuk for us(good price). Communication via WhatsApp was great. We had very tasty breakfast and dinner there. The room was clean and comfy. Ella town is nearby(you can go for a walk or use tuk tuk). It's really nice place and nice family. Thank you for everything and we hope to see you again.

The service was excellent. The villa had everything we needed.. The view from swimming pool is beautiful. We arrived in the evening, the host of the villa were great they offered such good service, we had delicious food. Highly recommend this villa.

The location was exceptionally stunning. High up in the mountain overlooking tea plantations and a valley below, it was breathtaking. We were given a very warm welcome by a team of staff who took good care of our needs. The house was beautifully appointed, luxurious and super comfortable.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Nature Lodge Bandarawela! The place exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s a perfect home away from home with everything thoughtfully provided. There’s a cozy living area with a TV, fridge, and a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Excellent property with excellent host. Who messaged me a day earlier to inform about room will be ready. Followed up until I come. Offered drinks, given umbrella to ensure we don’t get wet while visiting Ella. Excellent breakfast was prepared. Also follow up after I checked out to ensure everything was all right.
