As a foreigner, I thought it was a good way to see the local people's way of life. The room was clean, the shower spacious, wifi was good enough (not very fast, but it was available in the room and in the eating area outside) plus the cell signal was good. Walk to the beach is about 10 minutes. There are restaurants by the beach as well.
