Julia helped us check in and warm and friendly . We left the bags at coat check and headed off to Europa park . When we reached Europa park my daughter realised that she had lost her small bag of toys . We assumed it would be lost and continued our day when we reached the hotel we just checked if it was there and long and behold Julia and wrapped it nicely and kept it safely for us. The stay was amazing and the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options . We will be visiting you again . Please note the only dinner option at the hotel is pizza so eat out or order from food delivery apps for dinner

Just 300 metres from the Baden-Baden Festival Theatre, this hotel has a 24-hour bar, included Wi-Fi, with hot drink facilities. The hotel is well located only a short walk from the Centre of the city and near to the bus route from the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was included and there was a wide range of items in the buffet. Compared to paying a fortune for a hotel in the centre, I highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for money and it is very easy to reach the centre by bus or on foot in around 10 minutes. We were also able to leave our luggage during the day and the hotel organised a taxi for us - great service.
