This booking was for my sister, for a short stay of a few hours between flights. I had to make a lot of requests to the hotel, for the airport transfer, luggage storage etc, and they were unfailingly helpful and courteous. I really appreciated the customer service.

Noting to like; there are two Holiday Inn establishments. One very adjacent to airport known as Holiday Inn (Express) the another one in New Town which is not close to the airport. But, in booking.com Holiday Inn stated as “Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport” that’s weird.

Hats off to Madumita, Director of Holiday Inn - she took really good care of us, and we thank her hospitality. There was some miscommunication from the Holiday Inn Team. I told them many times via email that our flight from Washington DC was arriving at CCU @ 2AM. But we had to call the hotel to send us the car & finally reached the hotel around 4:30AM.
