Kai is the best host. We could check in earlier, he helped us with all the information and we received a Basel Card for free public transport. The room was very clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is close to the tram/bus stations and to the old town by walk. We highly recommend this place.

The location is excellent. a lot of attention is paid to the cleanliness of the room.The beds are comfortable. Everything is so quiet.Even though the bathroom is shared, the owner takes special care of cleanliness.I have never experienced a bathroom that is so clean and that smells so nice . Although we did not meet the owner, I get the impression that she cares a lot about making sure that her guests leave satisfied. Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely come again.

The room is spacious and tastefully decorated, featuring a smart TV and high-quality bathroom amenities. Everything you might need is provided. The kitchen is shared but well-equipped—we cooked there several times. It includes an oven, microwave, fridge, electric stove, and cutlery. A bottle opener and corkscrew would be a welcome addition. Although check-in is self-service, the staff was very friendly and offered great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. We visited several of the suggested spots and had a lovely experience overall.

We happened to be in this accommodation two days earlier and booked it again. This time we got another room which is also excellent, everything is very clean. The beds are comfortable. The location is excellent, 20-minute walk from the center, very well connected by public transport. The bathroom is very clean and smells very nice, like in a wellness center. First of all, the price/value ratio is great! We booked a room number to visit Art Basel. Host provided us with free public transportation voucher which we used all our stay. There's a tram connection with the city center (around 25 mins from the nearest station). The great advantage was that we had a free parking spot. Although we had a shared bathroom, it was so clean that we didn't have a feeling that it's shared at all. In our room (which was facing the road and the green field) we had a beautiful terrace with two chairs and a coffee table. We used to enjoy the beautiful sunset time there. The nearest cafes and restaurants were in 10-15 mins walking distance as well as the nearest grocery store.
