This hostel exceeded my expectations, especially given the inconsistent reviews on here. The location is perfect, the breakfast is fantastic and it is incredibly comfortable, with great beds. There is a good vibe to it with the restaurant located inside the hostel, so always busy.

Excellent accommodation! The staff are extremely hardworking and friendly—so much so that even the guests feel inspired to keep up with their kindness 😊. The place is spotlessly clean, with cozy territory inside and a spacious kitchen fully stocked with all kinds of tea, coffee, and more. Breakfasts are nice, and the blankets are warm and comfy. The hot shower works perfectly—just give it a minute to heat up. The location is also great: close to a supermarket and only about a hundred meters from one of the best stargazing spots—the desert itself. You can easily walk out to enjoy breathtaking views of the desert and mountains. Highly recommended for a comfortable, welcoming, and serene stay.

The staff are SO sweet and genuinely care about you. Maribel does everything she can to make you feel welcome. She goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met! I have never stayed at a place where the staff has been so welcoming and kind! The location is quiet, but very close to the busy area as well. I highly recommend this hostal :)

We had an amazing experience with this hostel. It was very clean and after 80 days of travelling thrue Chile we never experienced so clean rooms as here. It was also very quiet and if you want to relax we really recomend this place. A breakfast was also very good and the owner also gave us all the informations we need it. Very close to some hikes (by foot or bike) Possibility to cook and prepare coffee during the day We were there in winter but the rooms have heating and our host Ani and her helper fired the fireplace every night We rented The best was Ani, the host: she is the most welcoming person who gave us tips what to do, where to eat. Provided the latest information for opening hours of natural parks.

The hosts really made us feel at home and offered cups and hot water for breakfast even though they don't offer the service. Bed was comfortable and had lots of blankets so we didn't feel cold at any moment during the night. The shower was both strong and hot during any time of the day, it only lacked some height as it was at the limit for a 1,90m person. All in all a great value for money hostel, a little bit distant from the city center (which is a plus if you want to gaze at the stars) but only a 10-15 min walk from points of interest like the bus terminal or the main street with agencies and restaurants.
