My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location and room were top notch. We got a free room upgrade to a Superior Suite that got us an unbelievable view into the valley and towards the iconic Zhangjiajie mountains. Special thanks to the owner and crew, who drafted up a travel plan that fit the duration of our stay in the Zhangjiajie area and got us all of the needed tickets. This was incredibly helpful, especially for us being complete strangers to the area. This, as well as shuttle services to the park entrances and transfers from the airport, were all arranged for no additional cost. We also enjoyed the food, the ingredients of which come from their own farm. Our wishes were taken into account wherever possible. All in all, highly recommended for a stay in the mountains and we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for two nights with my boyfriend and our friend. The host was amazing from the minute we arrived. He helped us plan our routes for the avatar mountains. Everyday they gave us different fruit and teas to try. They looked after all our laundry free of charge and wouldn't take a tip! 10000/10 customer care! Honestly the nicest people. I would definitely go back ☺️
