The location is great, balcony was facing the river, great for watching the boats passing by. Very quiet since the railway is on the other side of the house. The host was very kind and helpful. Grocery store 5 mins walk away. The apartments are newly renovated and in a very good state. There is a shared kitchen that is well equipped, and the host had a great choice of supplies. Safe on site parking. Nice waterside walk through the Rose gardens.

The location was excellent just what I was looking for , very close to the bus stop both ways to Koblenz and to Vallendar and Bohdof . I am heard to please when it comes to cleanliness but to be honest your apartment is very clean that made me feel extremely happy and comfortable for my 5 nights stay, secondily the kitchen was nice and clean to cook my meals , and your beautiful sitting area . My first time of using shared bathroom and toilet when I travelled, but it was nice and clean there was options shower and bath to use. I will recommend this apartment to my friends and family and also anyone who is looking for a great apartment to stay. And I think I have found a perfect place to stay from now on wards any time I come to Koblenz . Thanks to the Landlord. Well appreciated I had a lovely and great time.
