I sincerely recommend Pension Busch, for many reasons: the comfort of the apartment, its equipment, cleanliness, garden, parking, extremely nice and helpful hosts and location, it is a great place both for sightseeing, visiting towns located around Bodensee, and even for a business stay in nearby Friedrichshafen. We were here for the fourth time and certainly not the last.

We were located in the annex and the room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable with really good facilities. The proprietors were extremely friendly and helpful and provided us with an excellent breakfast which certainly set us up for exploring a beautiful region. We came upon this by chance internet browsing and are very happy we did.

This is a very nice small hotel in a very picturesque house right in the heart of Meersburg Unterstadt a few steps away from the Bodensee promenade and two minutes walk from the boat terminal (but NB: this is NOT the ferry!) and less than ten minutes walk uphill to the old town and the castle. Our room was nice and comfortable. The host Frau Hanser is extremely nice and helpful and communicating with her through email and booking.com app was easy and fast (we communicated in German, but she also speaks English fluently). The breakfast was fine (but NB: no buffet, is served by the host). One should be aware that the advance payment has to be made by bank transfer (or through PayPal), which was no problem for me.

We had a spacious room with balcony facing the Bodensee. The view was beautiful. Breakfast was simple and enough. It was good. The location is great, right in the middle of the town. Unfortunately the weather was not good but you can have a lovely walk right to the pier.

The pension is located in a nice and quiet area. Stayed there with my family. There’s a playground for kids nearby and some farm animals can be seen. Our apartment was huge (3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom), kitchen equipped with everything you need. Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
