The bed was huge and the most comfortable mattress I have slept on outside of my own home. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in this kind of accommodation. Free coffee 24/7 and the front desk gal offered to make me some huevos revueltos. Such hospitality! Anna, who checked me in, was genuinely kind and interested in making my stay enjoyable. After a 3hr flight and 1hr train delay. This was perfect spot to recover, great communication and understanding when I arrived later than planned. I have stayed before and forgot how lovely the place is, a wee smile when I found the complimentary box of chocolates! I always worry about noise when in hotels but i never heard a sound. Excellent host, very communicative and let me check in a bit early. Beautiful spotless room with an ensuite, and the location was great - on a quiet street but less than 5 minute walk to the centre. And it was very good value for money! Would definitely stay again.
