Exceptionally clean, close to the beach and easy walk into town. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of street parking nearby. Kettle, fridge and microwave in room.

Great place to explore Sotogrande. Near everything. Good value for money. The rooms have good size, and nicely decorated. The staff is so helpful and friendly. If you do not want overspend they have good food at a great price. we sleep like babies, when you lose the windows you do not hear the traffic.

We checked in at the bar below the hotel. Check in was easy and the host showed us to our room. He explained that it was Carnaval weekend in San Martin del Tesorillo and that the streets would be noisy. He kindly offered us an upgraded room on the 3 floor to try to minimize the noise. The room was large, very comfortable and recently renovated. I know other reviews have complained about the noise from the bar. That was not an issue for us. Recommended.

Couldn't ask for better hosts. They area marvellous and very friendly couple who took us as family. The location its amazing and within a walking distance from everything ( centre, shops, beach). Will will return for sure.
